How to Change Your Invite to a JPEG for Emailing or Texting


CHANGE YOUR INVITE TO A LOW RES JPEG FOR EMAILING

USING A PC

STEP 1

After purchasing your PDF file & adding your event information to the PDF using the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader then you are now ready to create your invite email file. . .E-vite.

STEP 2

If the highlighted text fields are permanently selected (blue text boxes) then GO TO: PREFERENCES > FORMS . under ‘HIGHLIGHT COLOR’ untick the option ‘SHOW BORDER HOVER COLOR FOR FIELDS.’

You need to REMOVE the blue highlighted fields BEFORE continuing.

STEP 3

In Adobe Reader ONLY, zoom in on your invite & press the ‘PRINT SCREEN’ (PrtScn) button on the keyboard. This captures the entire screen.

STEP 4

Open ‘PAINT’ from the Start Menu. click PAST (CTRL +V) to insert your screen capture.  Choose “CROP’ and drag your mouse from the top left corner of the invite to the bottom right corner of ONE invite.  Choose CUT (Ctrl +X)

STEP 5

Save as JPEG picture in the file of your choice.  Now you can email, text or post via Social Media to invite your guests.
